Refund And Returns Policy

At RaS Organic Farms, we put great care into producing and delivering the highest quality natural products. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests. However, we understand that certain situations may arise, and we are committed to finding a fair and amicable solution in the following cases:


1. In Case of Damaged Product

We will be happy to resend and replace the product. The replacement process typically takes 7 to 10 days.
To initiate this, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at RaSorganicfarms1@gmail.com

 with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • One image of the outer box

  • Two clear images of the damaged product

  • Unboxing video clearly showing the damage

For orders with multiple items, only the damaged item will be replaced.
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided throughout the process.


2. In Case of Missing Product

If an item is missing from your package, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing RaSorganicfarms1@gmail.com

 with the following:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • One image of the outer box

  • Two clear images of the opened box

  • Unboxing video showing all items received

We do not offer refunds for missing items, but we will promptly re-send the missing product after verification.
Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours to ensure timely resolution.


3. In Case of Spoiled Product

We take pride in offering 100% natural, traditionally made products. In the rare case you receive a spoiled item, notify us within 2 days of delivery at RaSorganicfarms1@gmail.com

, including:

  • Order number

  • Date of packaging/manufacture

  • Clear images or video showing the issue

Please note that variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma are natural in handmade products and do not qualify as spoilage. Each batch may differ slightly, but we never compromise on quality or nutrition.

After a fair investigation, we will replace the product if found spoiled. We are committed to a fair and transparent process and will ensure complete support within 24-48 hours of your email.
